Description: 
Tennessee is the most biodiverse inland state in the country. This is due to the vast array of habitat types including forests, grasslands, and wetlands. During this class, we will explore the importance of forest habitats, the wildlife species that call these places home, and the management strategies used to protect and restore forests across the state.

This virtual class is conducted by the Tennessee Wildlife Federation's Hunting and Fishing Academy. The Federation is a private 501(c)(3) non-profit that works in partnership with the Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency.
