There are various ways to get into hunting, but many involve understanding firearms and their appropriate usage. In this virtual class, we will explore the firearms suitable for hunting different game types in Tennessee. Additionally, we will emphasize the importance of firearm safety in hunting practices. If you are a brand new hunter looking to purchase your first rifle or shotgun, this class will help you make a more informed decision.

This virtual class is conducted by Tennessee Wildlife Federation's Hunting and Fishing Academy. The Federation is a private 501(c)(3) non-profit that works in partnership with the Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency. By registering for this event, you are consenting to allow the partner hosting the event to have access to your name, address, phone number, and email address.
